  2. This is a dumb comment, in my opinion. The reason he did this video is because it barely makes any sense that Michelin stars are important at all to restaurants and chefs. You have to understand the history provided in this video to understand it, and even then you have to ask why there isn't anything better that they aspire to? Whereas the Guinness book of records is a trivia book that people drinking beer might be interested in, especially if they're drunk enough to start thinking they can break world records.
