  1. I'm a Green voter, but I generally agree with Seymour here. I think he should have pushed back on the assertion that a jury is higher bar. Some people are stupid, including judges, but it's more likely you'll have at least 4 people who aren't very smart on a jury. At least judges are somewhat educated, even if they are also idiots and man r abuse currently.
