  1.  @chrisk8187  Actually, the problem isn't the government, as it's a privately owned island and the companies taking tourists out there are also private companies. The only problem with the government is that it didn't at least regulate those companies so they have to abide by strict regulations. And remember when you blame government you're just blaming the people of the nation.
