The "hatriot" in this situation clearly meant to imply that the 13/52 ratio of overall to prison population is to do with black people being inherently violent or something because they used the word "murder" which implies that they think they are all violent offenders, when in reality the majority would be for non-violent drug offences. Period. Wow. What a stupid comment.
