  4. The answer is simple, having public run ISPs. It works in Chattanooga and pisses off Comcast to no end! XD That's what these cultist RW Libertards can't understand, cause they've had their brains fried by M Friedmans and F Hayek's faux free market/ pro-corporatist bunk! The government and the public sector CAN! be a viable competitor in the marketplace! And 'at times' with some services they 'can' provide better service. (Especially when dealing with 'out of control' predatory private monopolies entrenched in the government.)

  5. It worked great in Chattanooga! And that city doesn't have to worry about this whole debacle cause most of the city gets it internet from the EPB or the "gig" as it's called. And they have said no to messing around with net neutrality! So it'll be interesting to see 'if it passes' (gag!) how Comcast fares in Chattanooga, especially if they start throttling the hell out of people, and spiking their rates and splitting up their service into package deals. As for Comcast and these other predatory ISP dogs... It is LONG overdue to dust of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act and blow up these blood sucking monopolies!! DX (That applies to many corps in this nation.)
