I love how Thom strips the founding fathers away from the theocrats and economic royalists (as FDR called them.) and place them in their proper place with the ideals of social and economic activism. The founders were children of the European enlightenment, they would be in no way on the side of the US radical right. The teabagger theocrats actual ancestors are the puritans. (witch burnings) And the plutocrats ancestors are the kings of old Europe, (let'em eat cake) NOT the founding fathers!
