Plus the 'only' book I've ever read, where I couldn't empathise at all with the protagonists and wished they would all just get hit by a bus already! I could care less about the ungrateful whining of a bunch of bratty, selfish plutocrats!! I.. can't.. stand!.. listening to people born with a silver spoon in their mouth whine like there some kind of pursecuted minority!! DX
