  1. The cost of just 3-5 cars and ~20 people had to cover the entire expense of the flight - how was this economically viable? Were there that many wealthy people in the UK? And the cost of the very extensive redesign and rebuild of the Carvair had to be paid off. I'm very surprised people didn't go bankrupt over this.
