  4. It Russia it's only available from 10:00 to 22:00. In attempt to combat alcohol consumption even more they even ban selling alcohol all together on certain days. Like durring school graduation. 😮 it only makes alcoholic population more punctual. Also created such business like bar-store. Where you can buy alcohol at night but they open it for you so it's being served not just sold
