And after years of R&D thouse thing fall apart. Because nobody actually was doing anything productive. They was just sucking on the budget. And usually nobody get even punished for that.

  2.  @PENDOSAAH  People are quite critical of the government. Especially when we talk about local one. But I guess not critical enough to do something about it. But our government is a closed system. They don't allow anybody to challenge their status quo. Independent candidates and new parties just don't get registered. As simple as that.
