  6. USSR was neither of those. Communism were "under construction" for the whole time of existence of USSR. It was a carrot in front if the donkey. And socialism was barely introduced before whole thing went down. I mean universaly pension system was created only in 1956. Other spheres of life for (example health care) weren't much socialist either. Don't get me wrong I hate reds but it is the truth.

  27. Cheapest new car would be LADA Granta for 5280 usd. Reasonable price for used car would be ~1600-2500 usd. You can go lower but on your own risk. Cheapest used lada could cost 800 usd. But would be pain in your ass.

  29. @Omega black Cheap vodka would be 6-7 euro. Beer could cost the same if it's imported. Local beer would be 1-3 euro. Fuel would be 0.56-1 euro. It's relatively cheap. Only if you are tourist who come here. Or you have paid in euros or dollars. Local drivers always complain about fuel cost.
