@jonsilva3785 Because despite being viewed as totalitarian dictatorship we are first and foremost cleptocracy. Budget theft is the core idea of our governmental structure. Image and logic comes after that. So thats why government kinda cut ties with it in 2016. Thats how I see it atleast.
