  26.  @ANGJKWENRUGK  Cheap alcohol? In the 90-00s it was heroin. But it was in te cities. Then there was cheaper chemical heroin substitute"krokodil". It was called that because it rot people limbs off. This days is mostly weed and psyhodelics. MDA, LSD, bath salts, shrooms etc. I could be wrong I don't know much about this things.

But to be honest they never been smart to begin with. You are right about alcohol. But I don't think that something could be done about it on government level. Or should be done. Many countries try to restrict or ban alcohol in the past. It usually ends with underground alcohol mafia. I think improving quality of life helps much more. When it goes up people drink less.(situation improved alot in the last 20 years) I barely drink. Usually when I have a good company. Also prefer to drink wine, cider or handmade alcohol I do myself.
