  33. Trying to bribe an average policemen just get you in trouble. (Unless it is a road police) Also it won't help because all decisions happen on the higher level. I didn't deal much with the police but all encounters were quite unpleasant.

All post soviet countries lack proper self defense laws. I don't know the reason but I know alot of stories. From personal life and from media. For our justice system it is easier to put in jail or fine both sides of the conflict.
