  8. Andre Marchand Essentially i agree with you. But the individual cases are different. The tiny girl had a full pregnancy resulting in a live birth, and had NO understanding or part in it. Apart from any other aspect, the damage to her body that may have resulted is.. well.. i don't like to think of it :(

That would be an even more horrific disregard of the 'victim's' own take on the matter! The woman (in this case) can be judged.. Let the boy decide for himself
