Designer and contractor is responsible why they ignored diversity and inclusion of future load on the bridge?! Payment of taxes by public? What's the duties and functions of administration? What's the duties of Tax authority? A state cabinet is to protect the public in all respect!! A bridge collapsed (may be due to flood or any reason). It will be a great injustice to throw the reason and responsibilities to innocent people.
