@abbasturd yeah most Asian Americans are only taught English cause they (their mom or parents) think they won’t need to learn another language or they think it’s too hard so their kids wind up being only to speak English. That’s the same for my step mom’s friend and coworker who’s Chinese-American.

@파도위에wavesheart they weren’t even ur real friends. They tricked u
5
There’s also some who don’t even get them U.S citizenship
5
@carlisclosetedphgt3666 yes but not all of them. U probably don’t know any irl so maybe that’s why u assume. My step mom’s friend co worker is Chinese-American but she doesn’t know any Chinese only English because she thought it was too hard so her kids only know English
4
Yes same Iran is the strictest to Muslim women and girls after Saudi Arabia
3
I wonder that too
3
@tainanking i always went to a white majority school until this year so it was the opposite until I saw my new school has more black cheerleaders since the majority of the school is black
3
Yep but unfortunately that’s not the case for everyone
3
Yeah she’s lucky most Korean adoptees only know the language in the country they’re adopted into to
3
Agreed but like that’s gonna happen
3
Yes but unfortunately there’s not much they can do because of the strict harsh agencies and schedules so they can only help their fellow Korean citizens whenever they can
2
Unfortunately it’s common for kids of Filipino decent not living in the Philippines to not know Tagalog so they can “fit in”. I was also raised by a single mom but I think this mom is betterv
2
Yes like Adam Crasper not one but many
2
@HKim0072 yeah. Also my comment had a typo I apologize. It’s supposed to say the Adam Crasper case as an example
2
Yeah or remember the Case with Adam Crasper
2
Yeah one the most known cases of this is the Adam Crasper Case
2
Actually even foreign kpop idols have gotten hate for being mixed. TXT Huening Kai, Somi, and Samuel to name a few just for being mixed.
2
Exactly a lot of them lost their language, culture, heritage etc because of it
2
@DreyriAldranaris36 exactly
2
Exactly that’s why I’m never gonna adopt internationally
2
@stephanieallangarman5598 yes
1
Yes lots of adoptees protested because they were falsely being adopted by fake papers
1
Unless they’re Filipino American. I know one who was born and raised in the U.S and she hates both her bio mom and step mom Filipino Americans can also tend to be snobby unfortunately
1
@HKim0072 yeah there’s another rare thing that happened with a Korean woman adopted from France she was fluent in Korean and French after and her brother was adopted with her which was very rare
1
Exactly like Adam Crasper except he was in not 1 but 2 abusive “households”
1
I know some mixed French Koreans too
1
Nah me too
1
@juliaellman3273 exactly eventually they’ll have regrets
1
That’s way worse tbh
1
Ig that’s what happens if u live in Muslim country
1
@minholly1358 actually I’m the opposite and plus my parents are divorced
1
How was she adopted at 11 years old? But I’m happy she can speak Korean cuz it’s very rare for Korean adoptees to speak Korean cuz 98% of them are adopted as babies or toddlers mostly babied
1
@ yeah I know but I meant to say it’s been a long time since her adoption still so I was just curious but I know a family on YouTube who adopted a daughter from China she was 12 and she can still speak, read, & understand Mandarin Chinese fluently
1
@panelsme yeah especially foreign kpop idols I know some Japanese kpop idols that have forgotten some Japanese for being in Korea so long
1
@Maya-sv1pz yeah
1
@carlisclosetedphgt3666 they only teach their native language these days. There’s a lot of older ones who can only speak English
1
I’m mad at how there’s so many poor adoptees who were adopted through fake adoption papers
1
@BabyFungus yeah If a girl from Myanmar can do it then so can she
1
@HKim0072 yeah but ofc you gotta remember the Adam Crasper case
1
No just one but there are mixed Koreans and multi racial Korean families that speak more than one but not too many
1
@kristina17-9 Im subscribed to quite a few multicultural Korean Familes on YT. Only one of them doesn’t live in Korea. Kwon Fam consists of Korean Joon and his wife Linda who’s German and they have a baby daughter named Roa she’s so cute. They speak Korean and German but Roa will learn more English later on in life too. Aisha Ba is Half Italian and half Senegalese. Her husband is Korean and their baby daughter Fanta looks more like her husband but she also looks like her mom too. Then Diana is African American and her Korean husband have two cute Blasian twins Minji and Jun. They’re used to speaking Korean more so their English will probably get better as they get older. And then Megan Moon who’s also African American with a Korean husband have two cute Blasian twins. I really recommend subscribing to all of them they’re amazing
1
@kristina17-9 The only one I’m subscribed to that doesn’t live in Korea is Kimmy Kim. She’s Korean but she lives in the U.S. with her white American husband Tyler and they have a cute Wasian (White Asian) baby named Mason. Although they’re in Korea right now visiting her family and it was his first trip there.
1
@kristina17-9 well I almost forgot about Korean Sign Language and Korean Braille lol
1
Exactly ikr me too that’s why I hate older Korean adoptions
1
@michelleamposta8769 yeah cheerleading is not in Europe nor in Canada
1
@sillyhermy actually no they don’t because I’ve seen lots of people in both countries say they don’t have it
1
@sillyhermy I assume it’s just only certain countries from Europe that do then
1
@sillyhermy and Schools in Toronto Canada
