Cool. The PPP passed the house, senate and was signed by a president. See the difference? One is legal. The other was used by Biden to get votes.

No it's not. It's backed by secondary private companies. Biden would have to come up with hundreds of billions of dollars somehow. Congress has the power to tax and spend not Biden. Biden just did this for votes. Sorry if you bought it.

@pgpc6448 All appropriations must originate in the House. Thats exactly what it says in the constitution. The constitution is only 7 pages long. Its not that mysterious. That means any money being budgeted must start in the House of Representatives. As a matter of fact it must originate in the Budget committee. Now there have been some cases where emergencies happen and the president moves money around and tells Congress why. But so far every president has done that but Biden. We are not talking about small amounts of money here, its over $400 billion. Where is gonna get that money? Thats right he doesnt have any to pay for it. So therefore he would have to go to Congress to get their consent to what gut half the entire military budget to payoff supporters. Even if he did that it would be unconstitutional because the Congress ordered that money to be spent. He could not spend it but using it for something like this is absolutely crazy. I am more the aware that Biden is trying to use some flimsy law about how this is legal. That law does not allow him to side step Congress and ignore the constitution. Sorry if you bought it. It was a scam the whole time. Even Obama's people came out saying it was illegal. They media just wont report it. It hurts Biden. Thats why people say their is a liberal media bias. It is exist. Thats coming from a Democrat.
