OP: You're quite incorrect about Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltic countries. All have worked to strengthen the Border forces working in the Medeterranean region.

Getting a residence and work permit is not easy for even well-educated people who can contribute to Europe's culture and economy. Why should those who lack the skills Europe needs be given easily-available visas?
