  2. Would you be OK with Malta picking them up and dumping them back on the African coast from which they came, or will you only be happy if they ferry them to Europe?

  3.  @R0swell5104  International law requires the repatriation of those who enter a country illegally and does not qualify for asylum. But most 'migrants' dispose of their passports before being 'rescued' so cannot be returned even if their country of origin is willing to accept them.
