  1. The EU could easily stop this problem by impounding all NGO ships that become stranded in the Mediterranean while ferrying 'migrants' and jailing their crew. It has been clear for some time that EU leaders both support and encourage mass migration from Africa and the Middle East at the expense of EU citizens and legal immigrants who possess needed training and skills.
