  5. What the video misses is that these days university students are considered 'customers' (it's even in the information given out to staff by the university where I used to teach). So in terms of the video, the speaker would be the student/customer and Haverford the sales clerk required to please her.

  6. Considering young Europeans living with their parents, you really need to look at youth unemployment rates (40% Spain, 60% Greece) and housing prices. If young people don't have a job or have a minimum salary, they can't move away from home no matter how much they want to (or their parents want them to).
