Remember that not only was this guy in control the entire time, and knew what was about to happen, but those who experience this for real are subjected to up to 40 seconds of continuous pours, not the small splashes he received. Well, 40 seconds is the max according to the guidelines. I wouldn't be surprised if those are broken routinely. That said, BIG kudos to Hitchens for both accepting the challenge AND admitting he was wrong thereafter.
