  1. If someone gets to travel across the country, they are in very high standing with the government. If they are in very high standing with the government, they almost certainly have a university degree. If they have a university degree, they almost certainly know at least one other foreign language. If they know another foreign language, the odds are pretty decent it's English. Also, there were three different people around that table, which makes the odds even higher for one of them to know English. Edit: Furthermore, the people of Pyongyang are among the most privileged in the entire country, so it's not really that weird one of them spoke English. Maybe all three did, for all we know.

  6.  @Thevol40k  Your sentence is incomplete. Unless there's supposed to be some sort of emphasis on the last "that", in which I have to admit: no, I don't know that imagine dragons fan. To be honest, I don't even know which imagine dragons fan you're referring to. I don't think I know any imagine dragons fans. I only know they exist. Or, uhm, well, hmm.. Since I don't know anyone personally, I can't know for sure they exist, of course. But since I've heard about imagine dragons (and their songs) so many times, it's safe to assume there's at least one fan out there. Unless, of course, it's all just simulated.
