  1. This is how Maaori oeople get treated in their own country. Look at the jails, if a Maaori does something that colonial NZ disagrees with, they are punished as hard as possible. For context, this is the longest suspension in the history of our country. 100% unprecedented, why? Because they are Maaori.

If you actually looked at history, you'd see Pākehaa MPs have broken the rules plenty: racist tirades, corruption, straight-up lies to the House — and yet it's Maaori MPs who get the harshest punishments. Why? Because the system was never built for them — it was built on them. If you're blaming Maaori for not fitting into a coloniser's framework, you're proving the point: the problem isn’t Maaori, it's the system that punishes them for resisting oppression.
