  2. G,day nanna , Carol has certainly put out a challenge with the salad using fig and ginger jam . It’s got the old grey matter wizzing about no end . I’m thinking maybe shave fennel and celery with baby rocket and water crest ,walnuts,cheese of choice (goat maybe,or Bega strong and bitey),glazed fig and ginger bacon cut into bite sized pieces ? It’s all to hard my brains melting 🤯😘😊🇦🇺Any thoughts?

  3.  @3generations393  Fig and ginger jam is more used with roo or pork dishes, a salad is a little left field. My mob started scoring my cooking , that’s why is started watching Carol and became a Glowbie . My cooking is a mix of ambition and capabilities , not to many high scores 😂😂😘😊🇦🇺
