I really liked this interview... One thing is that Gautam could have talked about demo, which some say was a disaster. Yet some other say, it paved the way for digital adoption. As i have said before, "Latton ke Bhoot batton se nahin maan te." What this age old phrase in Hindi applies to is that unless that whip was cracked, small-time vendors would not have adopted digital payment?

The farm problem comes mostly from Punjab. Sikhs used to be guardians of the country. Now they have become separatists. Punjab is facing an ebb as far as economy and welfare is concerned. There are more Sikhs in Canada who are controlling this narrative than those living in Punjab. It is pretty sad. Congress and the entire opposition knows that it indulged in petty politics to stall the farm laws, but India will pay the price going into the future. There was an estimate that stalling this farm law would cost India over the next 10 years close to 5 trillion USD in GDP.

But how can we learn if we don't be a good critique of the past. Most of politics is showing people the compare and contrast from the past.

@sagarpaul7934 but black money happens in a cash based economy. So overtime as more people adopt digital, black money is bound to come down. That is my point.
