  2.  @AllanEbdrup  Yes, if development isn't the constraint, I'd start looking left of coding. How long does it take to deliver a story? How is value being predicted? When is value measured? What's the feedback loop to improve business goals? I agree that you have a good problem.

  4. I've seen causation on multiple teams as we moved them to a CI workflow. The developers learn to decompose work better and deliver higher quality.

  5.  @MrMattberry1  I first saw Flow when it was GitPrime, and I was responsible for delivery metrics for Walmart. One area wanted to try out GitPrime so they did a POC with about 1K developers. The outcomes were what I expected: toxic metrics driving bad behavior. I've given Pluralsight direct feedback on Flow on several occasions. I beat them up about it whenever the opportunity arises.
