Fantastic.please Reply..many carnivores are doctors cardiologist, scientists,I'm doing another water only fast.not too much water,a few pints.breaking fasts on bone broth then 6 hrs later just lean steaks,and wild salmon, sardines...OMAD NO:don't like salt,or electrolytes, or supplements,meds,doctors.(.carnivore lifestyle).☆☆DR.,*WHAT DO YOU BREAK YOUR WATER FAST WITH,NOT FRUITS AND VEGES...*AND HOW LONG DO YOU FAST..5-20 DAYS??
