  1. it is a 4 port (4 intake) like the lower 190hp rx-8 it also seems to have 2 oil injectors per rotor. still has siamese exhaust ports(central port) and the new ones seem to be asymmetric as well. 6 intake ports with a divided central exhaust port or peripheral port would be better. many rx8 owners replace the stock oil injection system in favor of premixing rotary/2-stroke oil(which burns properly) or modifying the system so it injects 2-stroke oil this also allows for better full synthetic engine oil to be used both types of systems have been used in bikes for many years. looks like the "irons"(plates with ports) are now made of Al and intake port is angled
