  1. I remember this area very good, Morris Chang too, he was semiconductor foundry guy from the early days. At Philips Taiwan, we needed to outsource the production, only keeping ASML in Holland. Morris Chang was just the guy we called, he was the right person for this as chairmen, because of his career, but not a founding father. The Taiwanese political people needed him to come over and do this in Taiwan !
