  3. Japan is known for having very BAD adult teaching culture. They associate teaching with children and with imposition. There is a reason I never ever saw in the tech industry companies send people to be trained in Japanese divisions, because they know it is HORRIBLY inneficient (in general). You treat an adult as a child, he will return the level of interest of a child (i.e.. none)
