  2.  @lemdixon01  That happens because the sanctions are not because what Russia did is wrong (it is, but the countries do not care about that). The sanctions are there because Russia actions goes against what these sanctioneers want. As a general rule of thumb.. always when a government, any govenrment, does something.. its real intent is somewhere else.
