  1. Sorry to say but that is not good, specially for zen G. We are already reacting and simply ignoring candidates that are from gen Z. No the just do what you are paid to..t hat is ok, but BOASTING that you are quiet quiting is killing the image of the whole generation. Gen Z has an issue that they think only them have a hard time... What you described at start of the video is NOT related to what you think. It is that companies DO NOTICE a competent productive worker and they want him/her to CONTINUE to do the stuff he/she is efficient. If you are good you are NOT going to be promoted to management because you will be noticed! And a company needs productive people in the LOWER ranks , not in middle management.
