meeeh i am very underhelmed by it. Its combat is still HORRIBLE (comapre to Nioh 2 for a real good one). The animations are sadly 2008 level. Its coop mode is HORRIBLE , and still uses a LAZY bad mechanic (Again comapre to Nioh for an example of how to do it well).

@skeletonwar4445 Funny. I have 600 h in nioh 2 but could not withstand Elden ring for over 14. The combat is so PLAIN and boring... really the game is BORING as hell for me.

@skeletonwar4445 Sorry but how can it fall behind in every other way? In ER you have like 3 or 4 attacks. In Nioh you have 20+ attacks PER weapon! Enemies have a proper ki/stamina flow that works like yours. The animations are much more realistic and easier to understand what the enemy is going to do). I cannot see a SINGLE point, really a single point of ER combat that is even a shadow of what Nioh 2 combat is. Yes there is horse combat, but lets be frank it is a shitty horse combat where weapon range connection is artificial, the character is glued to the horseback, attacks do not work at all as how weapons are use in a horse back. Sorry but it is a gimmick only.. it is far worse than Mount and Blade cobmat that is a decade older.
