  1. It is in the books, the good ones, but it is there in an implicit way. The link and jump between the parts is left to be made by the reader? Why? Not sure, maybe because there are so many possible links you can get from any point in math to almost any other point that it would be impossible to make all of them explicit in a text short enough to be readable by humans.
