Not necessarily. It kinds of prove the point some gun control is needed (not prohibition), as in you NEED to make safety training before handling a gun, no exception. It should be a crime to handle a gun when you do not know enough about how to do it safely. Movies shoudl be no exception, there shoudl be a mandatory trainign for everyone that handles a gun in a movie. You do not handle a 30 ton heavy excavator to someone without any training, the same shoudl be a rule for guns.

@BB-1990 That is a stupid logic. I find that anyone that get a virus on their computer is a complete moron because I am qualified enough to avoid them, yet I do not act arrogant as you. I know people have different interests! In fact I never found a smart human that liked to play with guns.

@GaMeRfReAkLIVE Maybe you should learn what INFRINGED mean. Not infringed does not mean not limited, not regulated, not accounted. The fact that you THINK it means that proves you maybe should not have a gun. The very fact taht there are already situatiosn when it is limited or even completely DENIED , ad if you are a felon, already proves you are WRONG on your HORRIBLE and misguided interpretation.

@GaMeRfReAkLIVE By your own admission it does not cover the right to use guns to shot a movie! If those laws were inconstitutional they would be all down now. Even the first amendment has limits (That were not explicit set in the original text) law does not work as you think .There is the concept of how it works within the social frame . To say requiring register is infringement is as dumb as flat earth theories. When you write something like that you help support the view that anyone with a gun is a lunatic (I know only a few are), but you are not helping your cause when you try to reinvent language. If you want to discredit the concept of framing a law into the social structure then you lost even harder, because the second amendment says you have the right to keep and bear arms. IT says nothing about a right to SELL or BUILD them. If you throw away the social framing of the law applicability then it would be pathetically easy for the government to cripple you. It can forbid the production, commerce of firearms and the production of any propelent for the ammo. Btw the very same text use the word REGULATED.. you might want to think about it. Learn to use the brain instead of parroting things, it may help you .
