@Jamespwickstromw Not only that. Allies have Infantry superiority, Tank numeric superiority ( like 5 to 1), artillery superiority and LOGISTICS superiority. They had all possible tick boxes marked. AND, at same time the GErmans had their butts extremely hot with an equlaly impressive Soviet army that had absurd 13:1 tank superiority. IT was the perfect unstopable force.

At 31 min. I don't think you got his point. He is NOT talking on tactical level, but on strategic one. His point is now the US armroed divisions that pushed, but that the GErman forces were CRUSHED and de-organized before any direct contact. IF US army had tried to face Panzer Lehr with only their armored divisions the US forces would suffer HIGH casualities and the advance will be a bogged down. Panzer lehr had enough power and was specially prepared (the german division with highest AT weapons ratio, had 208 tanks (each US armored division had a bit over 120, except 3rd that had 220) and half of those were panthers) to face those armored divisions. His example is that US found a way to NOT face the strongest defenses the germans had available.

Well I saw an specialist last year say he was worried, because Russia never won a war that they started well, but they also never ever lost a war that they started with a massive blunder.
