  1. Well I had the satisfaction of once being rejected with that excuse.. I started my company. Years later we were hiring for HR and surprise who was the candidate... as one of the owners I vetoed and went myself to say... you are over incompetent and too false of a person for our company.

  2. oo it exist and it is rampant. I have a friend that worked in HR of several tech companies.. she said almost all have a rule of No hires over 40, unless you have direct internal recommendation

  3. The funny part is.. they throw away the best candidates that way. People with experience are usually far better than 18 year old people at most non physical jobs.
