  1. My take and a owner of a small company myself. Zero management is not possible because there are layers of bureocracy enforced by government (and in most countries they do it way more than USA), but anything beyond that should be avoided as much as possible. Specially the depth of the chain of command should NOT be above 4 levels, most likely 3 levels if possible.
