  1. Taking time maybe needed (since they may need to interview a lot of people) but any company worth their salt should give you a call even if to reject you. Any HR that ghosts you means it is a BAD WORKING ENVIRONMENT!

  2. Anything more than 2 as a standard is stupid, and I am talking this as an employer. IF you get undecided between 2 last candidated you may call those back to get another opinion in the company.
