@Stephen_A. Not so true. I have an apartment I have for rent. During the crisis I lowered the rent as much as I could afford to for 1 year. we had a 10% inflation this year in here and I kept the same rent. NExt year I will have to start adjustign back by inflation, but peopel will just complain as if I had not done aythign on the last 2 years.
