  1. Wait.. the judge made the restrain order to the NEW employer or to the employees? It makes a huge difference. There are rules about not allowing a company to hire the team of a critical service just to break it. For example, Tesla could not just pay 1 million to each employee of a hospital just to force it to shutdown. Probably the first group filled a complain claiming it was something of the sort.
