  3. There is no need of these exists, but unions need to be different, with more localized control. For god's sake, EU coutnries are less independent than USA states now.

  4. The issue with immigrants is you need to be careful. Some run from real tragedies, but others are just peopel looking for the easy way out of any problem and the type of people that wants the easy way out usually have a larger chance of beign socially problematic. So to receive immigrants a country need to be careful and check the circunstances.
