  3. Improbable perhaps, but not impossible. I've dined at Ramen Tatsu-Yu and it was noticeably better than the dozen ramen places I've visited in NYC. It really exceeded expectations. Austin also has some of the best Japanese food I've eaten - even compared to visits to Japan.
