Great job 👍

I hope you're joking about the concrete and batteries!
1
My guess the only thing wrong with the ignition pickup was the connection in the distributor. Heat would move the connection.
1
Oh, forgot to mention.... You have other leaks! ;) LoL 😂😆 Here's my oil leaker! https://youtu.be/7w-FFV0QL1A

Brushes hanging up. Same thing on my '00 Jeep Grand Cherokee and '99 Toyota Camry. Both got replacement motors.
1
What are your thoughts on catch cans on direct injection engines? I'm thinking it would be a good idea to remove the vapors coming from the crankcase before the intake valves catch it.
1
Watching you do this for the second time because I work on rusty old junk and have a needle scaler that I pulled out of works dumpster! Threads are a bit stuck!
1
Let it sit from the post above until now. Heat and penetrating oil must have done their job. It came apart with very little effort.
1
Could be apathetic employees driving it. Looks like it's part of a plow fleet. 🤔
1
@imchris5000 LoL 😂😆 Unlike the guys that intentionally run extremely high current/voltage through wood to obtain the burn marks/path!
1
I like how your towing partner is warming up to the camera!
1
The chainsaw to the dash was a shock! I REALLY didn't think he was going to use it!
1
You didn't mention the smell!?
1
By looking at the numbers on this video, it looks like your subscribers have spoken! What percentage of your watchers are return watchers? 🤔 I'm hoping that number is high!
1
Don't break the brakes! 😜

Like #903 Thanks for the older video.

Replaced this one a few years back. https://youtu.be/Vusyfz_uzE

90,000+ subs! Congratulations 👍

Learned something about valves today. Thanks

Worked at a Bobcat dealership for a bit. Witnessed a run-away on a fairly new unit! Only thing, it was running backwards! Couldn't stuff the exhaust, which was now identifying as an intake, because of the double wall exhaust pipe. Don't remember how they stopped it! But I do remember Bobcat wanted that engine to figure out how and why it was running backwards! If my memory serves me correctly, it was in the shop because it was having difficulty starting.
1
That's what I'm hoping for too!!
1
Depends on how much you want to do. Do you want bidirectional?

Like #90 Thanks for the video! Life is a learning curve! Hindsight is 20-15!

Looks like my needle scalar could also be a chipping hammer. It's got the square opening for the chisel.

Definitely fired up the comment section!

Okay, you mentioned interment and slow internet in the same video comments. Here's one for you..... We had DSL internet for years. It worked, most of the time, but wasn't extremely fast. It got to the point we were having frequent outages to the point I had the number of the tech and would text him everytime it went down. He found a pedestal which a mouse had mad it's home. Every time it rained, the mouse would hussle home and snuggle up against the warm inside. Mouse evicted, outages decrease drastically. However, we replaced the service with wireless connection fiber.

I ran, drew, and programmed a CNC plasma table. Miss having it mostly at my disposal!

Four!

Nice "crude" drawing! Beyond my capabilities! Now, draw one that isn't crude!

Professional level sarcasm!!

@WatchWesWork many of us have this..... Ability?! LoL

@EngineeringVignettes I should do more before and after videos. Thanks for the idea. Check out my small channel if you're interested in repairing stuff. Not a how-to channel.

Thanks for the video! Life is a learning curve!

R-134a is at $1/oz! Why?!
1
Wes, would definitely listen to a video telling about your work history.

Add Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin!

What do you think about running a catch can on GDI engines?

Yeah, I've been defeated more than I care to admit! Power steering pump on a '97 Grand Caravan. Reservoir was leaking. That's it! I patched it with JB Weld. Put it back together. Was very confident no contaminants entered the system. No power steering! Replaced the pump! Intermittent power steering! I stopped there! Wasn't going to replace the rack on that rust bucket! Trouble is, it only had less than 150,000 miles on it and ran great!

Like #250 Thanks for the video!

I installed 5 studs in an auto parts parking lot during a road trip!

If I remember correctly, I encountered the same issue. I believe I removed the other side axle and pushed the stubborn axle out. Don't remember which vehicle.
1
To be honest, I found your channel when you were at location X. Took a bit to understand that you really knew what you were doing. Now, you've gained my full respect! Keep the videos coming.
1
@WatchWesWork still have my respect!
1
🤔 You'd put this truck back on the road with gasoline in the oil? How much gas is too much?
1
Pull an Ivan and take the PCM apart and replace the bad component(s). LoL 🤣😆
1
YES! More brain knowledge extraction videos please!!
1
Nice job gaining access to the harness! I'll listen to your stories while you work. They're entertaining! LoL 🤣😆
