Thank you for the extended explanation of how air arc gouging works! Showing where the air comes out completed it for me!

Or mechanical engineering of how not to design a cylinder.

15
Agree 💯%! Couldn't have said it better!

I'd like to see Karen run a couple of welding beads. I'm sure, after a couple of practice runs, they'd be as good as her videos!!
13
+100 for excellent camera and editing work!
11
Definitely looking forward to part 2 and maybe 3!

@aarondavies8486 how does it cut concrete? Doesn't the material need to be conductive?

@CuttingEdgeEngineering sometime it would be fun to hear how you got your experience! I'm always up for a story!

Another great repair! Question for the editor. How do you put the "Like, Subscribe, Ring the bell" into the video at the start?
2
You are a master in your field! Thanks for sharing!
2
You sir are a very clever at problem solving! I enjoyed listening to why each piece of tooling was created or modified! What you did for cost savings. What you did to make things simpler!
2
@chrisoakey9841 one of many advantages of not working under OASH! What equivalent do you have down under? 🤔 Can think for yourself! Harmless stunt of a guy riding a pallet on a forklift.
2
@walidmohamed9729 you can't start a comment? Or you can't mention someone without replying? I found the latter to be true. Not sure why. 🤔
2
EXCELLENT! 👍
2
I bet you weren't planning on making a video until you learned much the face was out from the barrel!
2
You sir are a credit to the machining community and do a great job explaining things! I learn something from EVERY VIDEO! That indicator was great! The only bad thing is I didn't think to invent it!
2
Who did the CAD work? Your brother?

Seeing the hone running in slow motion was worth the price of admission!
2
Always great watching a master at work!!
2
Nice!

Great video work!
2
IMO, by far your best video series! Kept the viewers engaged. Taught some machining tequines, and took care of the safety officer! Your hard work is being noticed!
2
I'm the number 200 like to your post! LoL 😅😆 Great 100 videos! They just keep getting better! Congratulations on keeping and growing subscribers with boring videos! 😉
2
Great work in the production of this video! Camera angles, edits, and the machining were first class! I see in many videos produced in 3rd world countries people welding items in their lathe by using the lathe it's self for the ground. I'm sure this does a number to the bearings in the headstock. Video suggestion. Use an old bearing to ground during a weld. then cut it open to show the amount of pitting that caused on the bearing components. Oh, Homeless will never be homeless!
2
The MASTER at work! Well done!
