Black Room Temperature Vulcanization is strong!
1
I take it "THE MAN" wasn't called. LoL 😅😆 Yes, I saw the filter at the end!
1
The tip of not using tools to tighten an oil filter on the thermo expansion to leaking was a good one!
1
Personal Transportation Cruiser. Now you know.
1
What's the difference between an AC service valve and a tire valve?
1
Didn't know they made block loctite. 🤔
1
DIYer here. I don't have the correct tool to get the fan off of the water pump. When the gasket failed on my '00 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 I struggled with getting the fan off. Didn't get it off. After a bit, the new water pump sacrificed it's gasket to the old pump. I have replaced the new pumps gasket and the pump is awaiting in the wings for the old one to fail. It's my time, my labor. It's s beater with a heater and AC!

Look, no pinned comments! Great job everyone! LoL 🤣😆

I thought it would be fun to pick up a turbo PT Cruiser. Might reconsider my thoughts after this video series!
1
Awesome that your shop and channel are taking off!
1
Looks like a sloppy engine replacement!
1
I'm a maintenance person at a large company. If everything is running, we're not. Yep, get paid to be there in case something hits the fan! Might have to play with these guys a bit before reporting them! What an awesome idea!
1
YEP, fixing things! Seeing something broken and then fixing it!

Algorithm boost

Great job re-sneeking the lines back in!
1
PID = ?

"🦟 there HE is!" Fun fact, only the females bits.

If the customer brings you different pads, I hope you charge him for putting them in. 🤔
1
Passenger front brake was probably hanging up too.
1
Yep! Those front rotors were off last week! LoL 😂😆 No hammering should have been required! Definitely ripped off!
1
What would your millage break-in be?
1
How difficult is it to remove the box verses dropping the tank?
1
Adjust the toe with the inner tie rods fully extended or retracted? Your choice Mr costumer! LoL 🤣😆
1
@aaronbritt2025 did you see the video where Ray tells of when he was fired because he left the bulk oil nozzle in the engine and started the engine?
1
Thanks for the video!
1
@berndeikers8924 that helps only if the last guy who assembled it used antiseeze or fluid film.
1
You mentioned that you thought there was too much oil. How does that hurt an AC system?
1
Was chasing a oil pressure drop on a 4X4 suburban. It would drop to the point of an low oil pressure alarm coming on. The friend/owner wanted to start with the pickup O-ring. Dropped the pan and O-ring didn't look bad enough for the failure we were having. Next was the oil pump. Nope, wasn't that either. I stopped after that. I'm thinking the cam bearings were bad enough to loose oil pressure while hot because of a noisy valve.
1
@justinstandifer604 I believe he tried thicker oil. I pulled a main cap and the bearings looked good. I believe it was worn cam bearings.
1
Liquid electrical tape will save you if you forget the heat shrink before soldering.
1
Make some signs that would go by the button on your lift with the words SUBSCRIBE and another one LIKE.
1
@charlesporch5516 yep. VERY CREATIVE!
1
Thanks for the video! Sometimes when one is working, they overlook the obvious. Plug on fan could have been replaced on the bench because it was just sitting in the van. I do it too and not ripping on you!
1
Then what?
1
Congratulations on pushing 500K+!
1
Hey, I suggested the subscribe button a while back! Probably not the only one thinking that way, but, I'll definitely take the credit for it! 😀
1
@timmieclark9976 SMA put a butt connector video out too.
1
FIXED "Keep mechanics from ripping you off!" Don't get their experience..
1
Fun fact: If you ever get the chance to replace a blower motor on a Bobcat skid steer, take note on the direction it came out. Yes, it'll blow backwards..... 😀
1
Here in Minnesota we have a lot of rust due to salt on the roads to melt ice. I had to drill a rotor all around the center to get it to release!
1
Did I hear something about OSHA violations simulator to Matt on diesel creek?
1
@kellyc2425 honestly, there's a logical order. Putting bolts back where you can. Group parts/bolts together. After a person has had to redo something a time or three, they learn a process.
1
Where did the: "Reeee" Come from?
1
Are you flat rate or hourly? Enjoy the videos, however, how much time does producing the videos add to the job?
1
Why the split exhaust? Looks or function?
1
You have a great day!
1
Did you just give away your time on this diagnosis?
1
Personally, I think the shop who messed up the threads by running that bolt in with power tools should be paying for this unnecessary repair! This is a case where cross thread isn't better than locktight!
