@RainmanRaysRepairs GRAVITY!

@Chevyman02 I came away with the thought he was grouping Ray in the backyard guys also!! I see he clarified himself which is excellent!

It's good that you know these things starting your own business!
2
What year did they start using steering racks on trucks?
2
Checking out one of your older videos. Your presentation has improved! Great job!
2
Is it that the engines start consuming oil? Owner doesn't keep track of the oil level? Owner runs the oil well beyond the change intervals?
2
A tip that Eric at SMA passed on. If you're taping a harness im a confined area, wrap a chunk of tape on a small socket. Makes it easier to wrap.

'00 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L 250,000+ Qt of oil around 2-3000 miles. Change oil at 5000. Live in a remote area and it just about always gets warmed up when started. Body will fall off before it dies. MN vehicle. Will definitely use this video when attempting to solve CEL/run ability issues. Nice job! If they decline work, does that mean you put work into inspection/diagnostics that you won't get paid for? 🤔

Extra fasteners=reengineering Pocket parts!
2
I've seen a battery post that had been chewed by rodents!
2
Good morning from Minnesota USA!
2
Nice medically approved wound coverage!
2
Who's your helper?
2
Eric O "That's not rust! I'll show you rust!! Not sure I'm willing to take the heat of living on the south to get out of the rust belt! AKA Minnesota.
2
@peterromano1911 LoL Yep, wasn't thinking. Fixed it.
2
Thanks for explaining how the transmission flush machine functions! Will have a great Christmas!
2
At 500+K subscribers, great viewing numbers, a lots of comments, I hope YouTube is paying you well!
2
"It appears we have some corrosion!" Eric O would beg to differ!
2
A lot of extra work was done to get to the root of the issue. May, just maybe, the canister will dry out and he'll stop over filling the tank.
2
A shielding gas setup would drastically change your welding game! I'd go with a MIG set up over TIG. MiG is faster. MiG can get into smaller areas.
2
That Ridgid impact is holding up a lot longer than I thought it would!
2
Dying low pressure fuel pump.
2
The piece of metal is layered. There's the base metal that is the strength and shape. Then there's a softer metal layer that's the actual bearing. All said and done, the parts are actually riding on a layer of oil. It wouldn't last very long if it was directly metal to metal which is exactly what happens when an engine is ran low/out of oil.
2
I recalled ETCG catching flack on the welded ball joint also. Yep, two new lower control arms before the car leaves the shop!
2
@BlackWolf42- destructive testing!! LoL 😂😆
2
@armchair_mechanic I guess it could come across that way. Sorry if it did. I guess one shouldn't comment when sleep deprived. Thank you for giving me the benefit of the doubt!
2
Stalling when going into reverse. The additional power draw with the reverse camera.
2
Here's a virtual 🏆!
2
@Bump1972 well played!
2
One thing I learned while working at a farm equipment dealership. The whole joint is the "U-joint". The part we call a U-joint is the "CROSS". Just repeating what I was told. Great job producing these videos!
2
Probably his first engine rebuild too! . . . . . All of the above can be done. However, I've done several engines by using the parts as supplied with great success.
2
How many engines have you done? How many bearings did you find that weren't in tolerance? Ring Gap too small?
2
Yep, you got a new subscriber!!
2
Anyone know why the red plastic clips were added to the already clipped plugs by the manufacturer?
2
If that Pathfinder was in MN, it wouldn't be anymore! Really nice shape!
2
Algorithm boost! Something to watch after work!
2
Glasses and contacts definitely change perspective in sizes! Depending on the strength of your prescription.
2
@kevinvojta692 another MN guy here! Enjoying the cold weather? LoL 🤣😆
2
Ray, Ray! They sell bearings for that alternator! I saw them on your parts catalog! . . . . . . . LoL 😂😅😂😅 Could have dropped the price of parts to under $50! Providing the case wasn't eaten out! The repair probably would be the same price with the increase in labor!
2
In my opinion, when the bolt starts turning, that's the time to add the penetrating oil. Before the bolt turns, very little to no oil reaches the threads.
2
Should those calibration ports be covered between uses to avoid getting junk in them?
2
I've found if I need to extend one of those nozzles, I cut the nozzle to the point that the hose will be a pressure fit on the inside. No more hose slipping of during filling! Save the nozzle for future bottles.
2
Might have to pick one up....
2
Hey dud! I totally understand the constant video upload demands! I wish I was more consistent! Oh, videos about the car in my profile picture. 😉
2
You have yourself a wonderful day!
2
You get the FIRST metal!
2
How COOL is that!
2
Something I had to learn to ignore.
2
In all seriousness, he wasn't under the vehicle. What was going to happen if the jack failed? Now, if he was under changing a starter, that would be something to make a stink over.
2
@danielmcguire6814 LoL 😂😆
