@davidaugustofc2574 Where do you get your information from? Because what you wrote is incorrect. The sphere is a three-dimensional shape, also called the second cousin of a circle. The first circle on the top of the sphere is a small circle and then the second circle is a little bigger etc. 2D is a flat circle and 3D has no edges, and it's a ball 🏀 shape derived from a two- Dimensional circle. A sphere cannot exist without circles buddy. How is a sphere made if it is not made of circles? This is basic geometry..

@AlexFoxthrot Pilots use Aeronautical charts that are flat maps and are based on azimuth. Everything on land navigation begins with an Azimuth. Flat maps don't account for the so-called curve of the earth. Nobody uses desk globe maps for navigation cause they are just considered suvanears. Try using a desk globe map for navigation and see how that works for you ok? 3D cannot be flattened into 2D cause 2D makes 3D . Geometry is used with 2D and circles. AirPlanes flying south of the equator don't prove that we live on a spinning 🏀 in reality. Pilots fly in straight line paths world wide. Where can we witness the ground curving as a 🏀 in reality? We can definitely read about measurements of curvature but in reality they are not observed.

GPS can occasionally have disruptions, so most pilots keep paper maps handy, and cockpits have a magnetic compass that is based on 2D. My GPS is always set on 2D buddy. Pilots also use electronic charts and you would know that if you were really a pilot. GPS is a ground based station with cables laid on the sea bed between land-based stations to carry telecommunication signals to antennas. Satellites are not orbiting around the earth in reality. Satellites are launched and attached to balloons in reality. Semi circles and Circles make a sphere and without circles a sphere cannot exist. I knew you were not going to be able to present the evidence that we live on a spinning 🏀 in reality. In order for a spinning 🏀 to exist we must be able to witness it in reality and not just read about it. We are taught your indoctrination in the so-called educational system.

A chart is a flat piece of paper that truly doesn't take into effect the curve of the so-called globe. Flat maps have sizes, angles, distances, and directions that are not the same as a desk globe map. And desk globe maps are globe maps so what are you talking about? You cannot flatten a desk globe map into 2D because 3D is derived from 2D. In reality you don't know the distances from Sydney to Johannesburg on a flat map. Where are you getting your calculations from?

Grids are usually only present on maps that are meant for navigational purposes. Longitude and latitude lines typically make up grid lines in a map. On the Gleason map it's a straight line between Johannesburg Dubai and Sydney etc. On a so-called globe map Johannesburg and Sydney are at the bottom of the map.
